This is a great layout for what needs to be done for this particular class; however, it might be a good idea to look into the future say 6 months ahead and determine what needs to be done as well . I know from my own personal experience it isn't always easy to look into the future because there are so many uncertainty's, but setting out key value events that you would like to reach as a business that reduce your ventures risk are well worth the time spent analyzing your business.
I think with this particular venture you guys can really take it in a number of different directions. Getting a new product off the ground is always a challenge. We feel your pain. :)
