Jason Woods of Napa California is currently designing a engine powered boogie board (surf board that you lay on) which is powered by a small engine so that water enthousiasts no longer need an expensive boat or jet-ski. he has been designing and creating his product for 8 years and says that his current model should propel a person up to 25MPH. He uses a small propane-electric motor to propel the device and says when it hits the market it should cost roughly 1000$.
