Weekly Reflection

This week our group has been working overtime, trying to catch up on everything that we have either missed or have not had the time to do. Do the pivot in almost the opposite direction from our original business idea we have had to redo our entire project from scratch. our original idea is no longer as effective as we would have liked it to be. Now instead manufacturing the DBS system ourselves we have decided to concentrate all our efforts towards developing new and more efficient designs cutting all unnecessary costs and head aches.

We have completely changed the design of our product, how we are going to distribute our product, and where the majority of our concentration will be. We will no longer attempt to convince the end user to buy our product or target only fleet vehicle companies, our concentration will now be the insurance companies that will provide the incentive for people to install the product and Canadian automotive industry to make this product an OEM item on all new vehicles made in Canada. Once we have these two agencies on board with our innovation manufacturers and suppliers will automatically come to us for our designs.
